Liability: Zero Steel matches are all about testing shooters and their kit to the limit, exposing weaknesses that they need work on in order to become a better-prepared citizen.  You will be tasked with performing challenging all-steel, multi-bay shooting stages as well as various fitness-oriented tasks, such as lifting and carrying various weighted objects.


You will be a part of a squad, moving through the stages together.  While you will have time to recover after you run each stage, our Steel matches are designed to introduce fatigue and an elevated heart rate prior to engaging targets downrange.

The Liability: Zero Standard.


  • Physically and mentally demanding.
  • Designed for those who believe physical and mental fitness is non-negotiable.
  • A high level of strength and skill required.
  • In "full-kit," you should be able to:
    • Run one-half (1/2) of a mile, non-stop.
    • Perform 150-pound buddy carries/drags.
    • Climb over a 6-foot wall.
    • Men:
      • Squat 135 pounds for reps.
      • Deadlift 185 pounds for reps.
      • Overhead-press 95 pounds for reps.
      • Farmer-carry 160 pounds (80 pounds/arm).
    • Women:
      • Squat 95 pounds for reps.
      • Deadlift 135 pounds for reps.
      • Overhead-press 65 pounds for reps.
      • Farmer-carry 120 pounds (60 pounds/arm).

Scaled for the Average Citizen.


  • Less demanding physical activity, though don't expect a walk in the park.
  • Designed for individuals who may not yet be able to meet our standards, those with injuries, and/or those with disabilities.
  • Push yourself to improve your physical fitness, shooting skills, and fortitude.
  • Options will be provided for weighted activities as well as alternate/body-weight exercises, if necessary.
